I have a mixed feeling about it. You can find a lot of friends and learn a lot of things about it.
But it can hurt you too. You'll feel overwhelmed with a lot of information. Your brain needs to take a rest. You'll have a FOMO and depression with your peers. I'm not sure about everyone but this is what I'm feeling right now.
I have a lot of things I wanna do. I wanna create my project, write my book, learn new things, etc. It's natural human behavior to create things. I noticed that I spent a lot of my time-consuming content on social media.
It makes me thinking, can someone survive in this world without social media? Since I'm working on my own, I have a belief that you need social media to survive in this industry.
I've been stopped using social media for almost one month right now. I still felt that I'm missing out on something but it's getting better.
I've deleted my Instagram account last 6 months and it's the best decision of my life. I'm currently deactivated my Facebook account since I don't have the gut to delete it. I still have FOMO feelings. If anyone has deleted their Facebook account, I would like to chat with you.
For Twitter, I still have it but I logged out on all of my browsers (MacBook, phone, etc). I consumed it using Mailbrew which I gonna get every day by email.
